I love playing. I don’t mean playing with kids-
Although that also holds true. But I mean, playing like I’m a kid. Chasing my boyfriend around with a hose, knowing it’s coming back on me. Dancing in the rain. Pretending that I’m bigger than him and playing king of the mountain as if I can actually strong arm him.
(Note: I’m 5’3”, and about 100# less than him… he’s over 6’).
When I play, I find that my stress goes away. Life is beautiful. And I think as adults we forget to play. And so many of us forget to have fun. And it shows in our attitudes.
So- get out and play today! Enjoy life! Play in the hose- set up the sprinkler. Have fun! And as always… be kind.
