Ever have a day when you sleep through every alarm (including the dog) and wake up 30’minutes before you need to be at work? Hahaha. Me neither.
Sometimes though, when you work really hard for a long period of time, and you don’t sleep well because your brain is still spinning on the to-do list, your body will do what it needs to, and shut down for that much needed, hard sleep. Like mine did.
We often forget to listen to our bodies. When we feel exhausted and start having sore bodies from overdoing it, and ignore it because there is still ‘so much to do’- we put ourselves in harms way dropping immunity and often, mental health.
So, put that to do list away, and get a good night sleep tonight!
